Patient Information

Test Preparation Guidelines

  • CT Scans: Follow fasting instructions if contrast is required. Remove metallic items before the scan. Inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions.
  • Ultrasound: For abdominal scans, fasting for 6–8 hours is recommended. For pelvic scans, a full bladder may be required. Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Pathology Tests: Follow specific fasting or dietary instructions as advised. Bring previous reports if available. Inform staff about ongoing medications.

Report Collection & Online Access

  • Physical Collection: Visit our reception to collect printed reports during working hours (Mon - Sunday : 7.00 AM - 9.00 PM).
  • Online Access: Register on our patient portal at lascomedicare.com using your credentials. Reports can be securely downloaded or viewed online.
  • Delivery Options: Reports can also be sent via Email or WhatsApp for your convenience.

Insurance & Empanelment Details

  • Lasco Medicare is empanelled with CGHS, ESIC, and WBHS.

  • Patients are advised to carry valid ID and insurance cards for direct billing wherever applicable.
